What this site is

Summit Rock is a research publication covering listed mining companies. Everything on this site — data, models, estimates, scores, commentary and reports — is published for general information. It is impersonal: nothing here is prepared with regard to any individual reader's objectives, financial situation or needs.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is personal financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation. Before acting on anything you read here, consider your own circumstances and seek advice from a licensed financial adviser. Mining equities in particular carry high risk: prices, resource estimates and project economics can change materially and quickly.

Where the numbers come from

Figures are extracted from public regulatory filings (ASX announcements, annual and quarterly reports, technical reports) and licensed market-data feeds, and are attributed to their source wherever they appear. Valuation figures marked as Summit Rock model estimates are our own independent, bottom-up estimates — they are not company guidance, and they are only as good as their stated assumptions. Where a figure fails our internal quality gates we print “n/m” rather than a number we would not stand behind. Despite that discipline, errors can survive extraction and modelling: no accuracy or completeness is warranted, and the source filing always prevails over our rendering of it.

Commissioned research

Some research on this platform is commissioned — prepared under our Research Works service for a fee, including fees paid by the company being covered. Commissioned work is always marked as such where it appears and is produced under the same methodology and evidence standards as everything else. Independent site content is produced without payment from covered companies.

Our position

Summit Rock operates as a publisher of impersonal research of general and regular circulation. We hold no authority over any reader's funds and take no client relationships through this site. Staff may hold positions in covered securities; where a report carries a position disclosure, that disclosure governs.
